Meet Paralegal Ali Vincent

Ali Vincent is our Bankruptcy Paralegal. She was the Bankruptcy Paralegal at the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office for 18 years before becoming the Bankruptcy Paralegal at our office almost 12 years ago. She provides strong attorney support and debtor support with her experienced legal background with bankruptcy. She has helped our office by providing clients the help and support needed during the filing of their bankruptcy, which can be a very stressful time. Helping people get a financial fresh start is her main priorit .

BACKGROUND

Prior to becoming the Bankruptcy Paralegal at our office, she worked in the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office reviewing all Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases filed in our District, insuring that the cases complied with the court and statutory requirements. She was responsible for conducting reviews of all the Chapter 13 Plans and prepared notes of the reviews for the Trustee and/or Attorney. Through her experience, she has become passionate about helping our clients by providing them with the upmost support making the process of filing bankruptcy as straightforward and uncomplicated as possible. She loves spending time with her animals. On her free time, she loves traveling with her husband and friends, playing golf, boarding at the lake, and going to Oakland A’s baseball games .
